Q How do I order same day delivery?

In order to qualify for delivery an order must be $25 or more.

Orders go out at 1pm and 6pm EST and will be delivered anytime between 1-4pm or 6-10pm EST. Make sure you’re at home and have your ID ready.

When submitting your order, please enter your mobile phone number (no landlines, please). We will text you delivery updates in addition to sending you an email order confirmation and delivery notice.

Our driver will text you to let you when they are on their way and when they are approximately 5 minutes away.

The person who placed the order must be home to receive it and needs to provide both a valid form of photo ID as well as show the credit card used for the transaction.

Forms of photo ID include:
Valid Drivers Licence
Valid Canadian Passport
Valid Services Card

To protect the safety of our delivery staff, if you live in an apartment or similar complex, your driver will call you to meet them in front of the main entrance. Drivers will not enter any homes or buildings.

If you are not home when delivery is first tried we will attempt to contact you to coordinate with you to deliver again. If the second attempt fails a refund for the order will be issued.

Q Am I eligible for delivery?

In order to qualify for delivery an order must be $25 or more.

When selecting your store, input your postal code to ensure you qualify for Spark Rapid Delivery from that location. We do not deliver to businesses so make sure you’re using a residential postal code.
