I was very disappointed to hear my mother's experience with your store. Mom suffers from chronic pain and I had finally convinced her to try CBD oil. She was sold 30mg THC oil. It did nothing for pain but blurred her vision instead. Mom returned to the store when she realized she had been given the wrong product. No apology was offered for the error and no refund. If she wanted CBD oil she would have to pony up again. You are pissing off a demographic that could sustain your business if you treated them properly.
