Friendly Stranger was founded in 1994 by cannabis activist Robin Ellins and his partner. Friendly Stranger is more than a store. Where others see customers, we see friends. It’s a place for those seeking a positive cannabis environment that inspires unity, advocacy, and acceptance. We want to connect Canadians through cannabis, to educate and inspire a community of togetherness, to befriend the world one stranger at a time. We offer a wide selection of cannabis products including dried flower, pre-rolls, edibles, gummies, chocolate, beverages, extracts, bongs, pipes, papers, vaporizers and more!

Q How do I order same day delivery?

Free delivery for all orders over $25.

Orders go out at 1pm and 6pm EST and will be delivered anytime between 1-4pm or 6-10pm EST. Make sure you’re at home and have your ID ready!

When selecting your store, input your postal code to ensure you qualify for Spark Rapid Delivery from that location.

Please note that we do not deliver to businesses so make sure you’re using a residential postal code.

The cut off time is displayed at checkout when the Rapid Delivery order method is selected. Orders after these times will be delivered the next day.

When submitting your order, please enter your mobile phone number (no landlines, please). We will text you delivery updates in addition to sending you an email order confirmation and delivery notice.

To protect the safety of our delivery staff, if you live in an apartment or similar complex, your driver will call you to meet them in front of the main entrance. Drivers will not enter any homes or buildings.

All deliveries require that valid photo ID and the payment card be presented, The name on your order must match the ID that is shown.

If you are not home when delivery is first tried we will attempt to contact you to coordinate with you to deliver again. If the second attempt fails a refund for the order will be issued.

Q Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes! If you find a lower every day or advertised sale price on an identical item currently in-stock and offered by any local, legal retail competitor’s brick-and-mortar store, you can bring us the flyer, advertisement, web page or email and we’ll match it. It’s as easy as that!
