Welcome to Muskoka Irie 420 friendly B & B Huntsville

420 friendly – private room located in a single-family home close to downtown Huntsville. Walking distance to the Canada Summit Center & Algonquin Theatre. Perfect for a single traveler.

The host is a medical marijuana user. Enforced noise by-laws. Not suited for partying. Marijuana smoking is allowed in your private room, or outside by the fire-pit. No nicotine products allowed in home (strictlly marijuana in the house) but an outdoor screen house is provided for tobacco smoking.

The space

Mini fridge, water cooler, and Keurig in the room. Tea & Coffee provided. Suitable for a quiet individual looking for a comfortable place to stay and smoke. Walking distance to Avery Beach, laundromat, variety store, restaurants, and downtown.

Free cancellation for 48 hours. After that, cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and get a full refund, minus the service fee.

Marijuana smoking is allowed in your private room, or outside by the fire-pit. Not suitable for children and infants, No pets, No parties or events, Smoking is allowed

Must climb stairs - One flight up narrow stairs to the guest room. Guest bathroom is located right across the hall also on 2nd floor
Some spaces are shared - Outdoor firepit, Screenhouse, and Driveway may be shared with hosts at times, but no other guests
