Q Delivery and Pickup Information

Delivery:
Free delivery with a minimum order. Please enter the shipping address to check if we deliver to your area and what is minimum order amount for your area. Kindly have your ID and payment card ready for verification. You will receive text messages updating you about the status of the order.

Online Pick-Up Orders:
The name on the order must match the name on the ID and credit card used for payment.

Please note: if the order is paid online via credit or debit card, order modifications cannot be performed and refunds can take up to 5 business days.
