Easy, confidential and safe, this new service lets you have your order delivered directly to your door the same day, even on weekends. The service is operated by E24 and is currently being piloted in selected stores across Québec City.

1. Call the store associated with your postal code before 4 p.m
An employee will validate over the phone that your postal code is within the area covered by the store. The employee will take your order and will ask you all the necessary information to schedule the delivery (delivery address, email and phone number).
Before calling your nearest store, you can browse through the list of all products available in a specific store using the My store tool. You can also check stock availability on each product detail page. Be sure to submit your order by 4 p.m. to take advantage of the same-day express delivery. After 4 p.m., you can chose next-day express delivery.
2. Pay with your credit card over the phone
Complete your transaction using your credit card safely through a secure phone line.
3. Receive your order between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Express deliveries are made in the evening between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays but excluding holidays. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your door by E24.
Don’t forget: A valid ID must be presented on delivery as the carrier has to check the age of the person who accepts the parcel. For this reason, PO BOX delivery is not possible.
A set fee of $9 (not including taxes) is charged for express delivery.

For any questions regarding the tracking of your delivery, you can also contact E24 through their online chat. The online chat is accessible via the delivery tracking link you received through email or SMS after completing your order.
Following your order, a tracking link will be sent to you by email and by text message. You can click on the link to track the status of your order. The security settings of some mobile phones do not allow clicking on the tracking link sent by text message. If the link is not clickable, you may copy and paste it directly into your browser.
