Be sure to provide a valid telephone number (ideally a mobile phone) where you can be reached during delivery if necessary.
A valid ID must be presented on delivery as the carrier has to check the identity and age of the person who accepts the parcel. For this reason, PO BOX delivery is not possible.

Express deliveries will be delivered to the front door of most homes. Deliveries to multi-unit buildings or apartment complexes will be delivered to the main entrance or in the lobby of the building. Exceptions may be considered by our delivery partners in certain situations.
During the delivery window, be on the lookout for text or email messages from E24 and have your ID ready. On delivery, the identity and age of the person who accepts the parcel and signs the acknowledgement of receipt will be checked.
We are limiting the initial pilot phase to specific areas to help ensure a smooth, gradual rollout. If the results are positive, we expect to expand the coverage to other areas with the population density to support it.
