This beautiful and truly unique 6 bedroom Heritage home sits on a beautiful half-acre block nestled beside a vineyard on the Naramata Bench. You will be treated to incredible views of Okanagan Lake from within the House, Patio and Back Yard. This house has true character and an amazing combination of modern luxury and unique features from the past. There is a large fire pit area in the backyard that sits right behind the large outdoor pool. The 4 person hot tub is situated on the side of the house just off the outdoor dining patio, which all share the amazing lake views.
The top floor of the house has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and amazing views of the lake. The main floor has a large entranceway that sets the theme of the property with many unique heirloom items put on display. The unique nature of these items is to be enjoyed for viewing purposes only but they are not to be touched as they are irreplaceable. The most precious of all items is the grandfather clock that lives in the main living room.
Luxury Kitchen
The luxury kitchen is equipped with all you will need to cater for large groups at either the indoor or outdoor dining tables. The main floor also has another two bedrooms, each with queen beds and full ensuite bathrooms. There is also an additional half bathroom and full laundry for guests’ use.
The Basement provides an incredible entertainment experience with original video arcade games, a 100-inch projector, shuffleboard, and multiple board games. There is also an additional 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the basement with a private entrance to the home. Please note that the ceiling is only 6 feet high in places and is not suitable for tall people to move fast down there.
This property will provide you with an incredible vacation experience and you will likely not want to leave the property the whole time you are there. The incredible location of this property allows you to walk to multiple wineries or drive to over 30 wineries within 10 km and is within a 5-minute drive to Okanagan Lake and the center of Penticton. Penticton provides adventure seekers access to world-class mountain bike trails, amazing road cycling routes including the Kettle Valley Railway, downhill skiing and snowboarding at Apex Mountain, rock climbing at Skaha Bluffs, wakeboarding and water skiing.

What are the house rules and cannabis policies?
Where You Can Smoke
Outside lounge areas for smoking.
There is no smoking in the house, however we provide plenty of outdoor sitting areas.
If a special event is requested it must be approved by the property Managers.
The house is on a septic system and we request you are conscious of the amount of water used.
Strict noise rules are in place ,anything after 10 pm you may be asked to leave.
Anyone that is not a registered guest will be asked to leave.
The home is filled with family antiques and collectibles please enjoy but do not touch or use.
