Q How do I order same day delivery?

You can purchase our products by visiting our website www.cannabistshop.ca and following the "shop" link to place an order online.

When ordering online, please keep in mind the following:
When placing an order we recommend adding your email for pickup confirmation.

Due to some cellular provider's filters, you may not receive a confirmation text. We are working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime recommend adding your email for pickup order confirmation.

When picking up an order the name on the order must match the ID of the person picking it up.

For prepaid orders you must bring your ID and card you paid with.

We offer free delivery with a minimum purchase of $20.

Our location has two delivery window options: 1pm-3pm and 7pm-10pm. Orders placed prior to 1pm will be delivered between 1pm-3pm, and orders placed from 3pm-7pm will be delivered between 7pm-10pm.

If you live in an apartment please meet your driver in the lobby.

If we are unable to reach you to complete the delivery, you must come to the shop to pick up your order.

Q How do I order for pickup?

You can place your order by (1) calling us at (226) 647-0108, (2) pre-ordering online, and (3) ordering upon arrival.

Q Do you price match?

Yes! Our competitor must have a physical store located within the region of Kitchener/Waterloo and have the product in stock.

You must provide us with an up to date price of the product.

We will also match the price of the product that is on sale.
