No, unfortunately. The Original FARM cannot allow anyone under the age of 19 to be in the store at anytime.
Yes there is wheelchair access at both our Hillside and Downtown locations.
The BC government engaged 31 Licensed Producers (LPs). Available cannabis products will vary between the different LPs. Customers can expect flower, pre-rolls, capsules, and cannabis oil (tincture) to be available right away.
Edible products and concentrates will be legal for sale sometime late 2019.
Everyone will be asked for 2 pieces of ID; one of which must be a government-issued photo ID by the door greeter who uses a Patron Scan. This is to ensure you are 19+ as children are not allowed in the store.
FARM is responsible for ensuring that minors do not enter the store and are not sold non-medical cannabis or cannabis accessories. If there’s any doubt whether a patron is 19 or over, FARM and our Team Members must take reasonable steps to verify age by requesting two pieces of ID, examine both pieces carefully, and act on the authenticity of the identification. If FARM Team Members cannot demonstrate that we have done this, FARM could be held responsible for allowing a minor to enter our store and for selling cannabis or cannabis accessories to a minor. This is strictly prohibited in the terms and conditions of maintaining our cannabis retail license.
