Q How do I order for home delivery?

We offer home delivery and shipping throughout the Yukon with weekday delivery in Whitehorse, and weekly delivery to select communities. **Note: We are not currently offering weekend or stat holiday deliveryies.

1. Place an order and pay online. No payments are collected by our delivery driver.

2. Confirm home address and delivery time with our team. We will notify you when your order has been packed with love.

3. Take a deep breath, sit back and relax. We got you!

4. Receive your order! Please note our delivery driver is not permitted to enter any premises. If you live in a multi-unit home, you must greet the driver at the main entrance. Order must be received and signed for by the purchaser or other designated individual, packages will not be left unattended. Valid government-issued photo ID and customer signature must be provided at the time of delivery.

Q Delivery Schedule and Fee Information.

We have divided Whitehorse and surrounding communities into 3 zones. We can deliver to your residence within these zones. For Yukoners living outside of these zones, we will happily ship to you! We have our own postage machine and will confirm exact cost for shipping after order is placed.

**For same-day delivery in Whitehorse, place your order before 9:00AM to receive it between 10:00AM and 1:00PM. Or place before 3:00PM, and receive between 4:00PM and 7:00PM. Deliveries to communities will occur once per week.
