Top shelf all day!
Upstairs Cannabis in Calgary is a top-notch dispensary. Knowledgeable staff, extensive product range, and a welcoming ambiance make for a great experience. I like the top shelf stuff and I’ve never been disanointed with my purchases. I’m not a fan of the stars though, my poor knees can’t handle it.

I get great service and a coffee every time
Just head upstairs and grab your weed and have a laugh with the staff, and grab a cup of Joe on your way out, life is good. I never have any complaints shopping at Upstairs cannabis. other than I have to walk upstairs and my knee doesn’t like it sometimes.

How do I set up an account so I can order online?
First things first. Due to AGLC regulations, all members must have their accounts/identities verified in order to access the online menu, make online payments and receive deliveries. We have been working closely with the AGLC and our service providers to offer you the easiest options possible.
How to get set up (2 steps)
Create and account on our website
Verify account with your ID in store or via video chat
We have a new feature, now you can schedule a video chat to verify your account with us, you don't even have to leave the house! Just have a valid piece of government issued ID ready and you're almost there.
After we verify your account you can browse the menu, make online orders, pay online, and get deliveries.
How do I place my online order for same day delivery or mail order delivery?
Once your account has been verified, simply go to our online menu, and login with your username and password. Next, start adding things to your cart. Once you’ve finalized your order you can pay online, kick back, and wait for the delivery. Similar to in the store, if you appear to be 25 or under please have ID ready to receive the delivery.
If you are in our ‘same day’ delivery zone and you placed your order before 4pm your order should arrive between 6 pm and 8 pm. Make sure you opt-in for text communications so the driver is able to reach you if needed.
If you are outside the “same day” delivery zone but within Alberta you will be updated with the ETA once the package has been handed off to Canada post.
What are your delivery areas and delivery fees?
Within Calgary
We now offer same day delivery anywhere in Calgary for a flat rate of $11! Plus, deliveries are free on orders over $150. Orders placed by 4pm will be delivered between 6pm-8pm. Please provide your phone number when ordering, so you can be contacted if there are any issues locating your address. Personal contact information will not be retained once the delivery is complete. If you appear under 25, please have valid government ID ready in case verification is required.
Within Alberta
If you're outside Calgary, never fear! We also offer delivery via Canada Post anywhere in Alberta. Shipping fees apply, delivery on orders over $150 is free!
